This intensive program is designed for students preparing portfolios for high school and college applications in art and design. Over the course of the session, students focus on producing work that demonstrates observational skills, technical control, and thoughtful visual decision-making.
Assignments are structured to help students build both foundational studies and more developed pieces suitable for portfolio submission. Individual guidance is provided throughout, with regular critiques addressing clarity of intent, consistency, and overall presentation.
In addition to studio work, students receive direction on portfolio organization, selection of pieces, and documentation. The program is suitable for both students beginning their portfolio and those seeking to strengthen existing work through more rigorous study.
